Intergroup and District Events
Event: Nanaimo and Area (Ladysmith to Lantzville) Intergroup Meeting
Location: St. Paul's Church, 100 Chapel Street, in the fireside room
Time: 1:30pm
Date: The Second Sunday of the Month, excluding July and August
Description: Each Intergroup Representative shares their group conscience at the meeting. Intergroup deals with business for the Group level either directly at their monthly meetings, or alternately will make a motion to have the question taken back to the Groups by the Intergroup Reps for a Group conscience, or will suggest the proper avenue it should take - e.g. G.S.R., BC Yukon or G.S.O. in New York. Any A.A. member may attend Intergroup and submit business in the proper way, or just sit in on the meeting as an observer, but they do not have a vote nor can they make a motion.

Event: District 7 G.S.R. (General Service Representative) Meeting
Location: Greer House 66 Prideaux Street, between Campbell St. and Comox Rd.
Time: 6:00pm
Date: Last Monday of the Month, excluding July and August
Description: G.S.R.'s from each group in the district meet and give a report on their group. G.S.R.'s vote on District issues. They plan travel to assemblies so they may carry information to and from their groups. Workshops are also planned at these meetings. Any A.A. member is welcome to attend.

Event: District 5 G.S.R. (General Service Representative) Meeting
Location: St. James Anglican Church, 2150 Departure Bay Road, in the portable
Time: 8:45pm
Date: Last Thursday of each month
Description: G.S.R.'s from each group in the district meet and give a report on their group. G.S.R.'s vote on District issues. They plan travel to assemblies so they may carry information to and from their groups. Workshops are also planned at these meetings. Any A.A. member is welcome to attend.
